An entertainment complex is next door, and several restaurants are right in the building. Wall Street, South Street Seaport, and the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferries are a short walk away; and twenty minutes of walking will get you to Tribeca and Little Italy, with SoHo and Greenwich Village just beyond. Meanwhile a subway station is five minutes away, and direct lines will whisk you uptown.
